Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with XELD. This policy explains exactly when returns are accepted, which items are excluded, and how refunds are processed.

7-Day Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and original packaging.

Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange

  • Damaged item: Product received with transit damage.
  • Defective item: Manufacturing defect identified after delivery.
  • Wrong item: Item delivered does not match your confirmed order.
  • Size exchange request: Exchange accepted if product is in original, resellable condition.

For faster resolution, share clear photos/video of the package and item during unboxing when raising a claim.

Size exchanges may include an additional logistics charge of INR 100.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

  • Items that are used, dirty, washed, altered, or customer-damaged.
  • Items without original tags or original packaging.
  • Requests raised after the 7-day return window.
  • Orders cancelled after shipment handover to courier.

Refund Timeline and Method

Once the returned item is received and passes inspection, refunds are issued within 5 days after inspectionto the original payment source. Processing time may vary by payment provider.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email aniket@zoir.in with your order ID and reason.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide pickup/self-ship instructions.
  3. Ship the item in original packaging as instructed by support.
  4. After inspection, exchange or refund is processed as applicable.
